2019 NCFA Post Season Teams Announced

As the final week of the NCFA regular season has concluded, the post season picture has been depicted for the 2019 campaign! In the North Atlantic Conference, defending conference champion Sacred Heart is back in the title game and looks to make another playoff run.  They will take on the University of Vermont, after the Catamounts put together an impressive regular season in the North Atlantic. This game will be played at South Burlington High School in Vermont on Saturday at 2pm.

In the Mid-Atlantic Conference,  a familiar face in Coppin State gets back to the title game after a one-year hiatus.  The Bald Eagles, representing the Mid-Atlantic East, will take on the winner of the Mid-Atlantic West division in The Ohio State Buckeyes as they find themselves back in the conference title game once again.  The Buckeyes look to avenge last year’s title game loss to would-be national champion The Apprentice School.  The game will be played at University of Pittsburgh’s Sports Dome on Saturday afternoon at 3pm.

In the South Atlantic Conference, Columbus State came out on top as regular season conference champions this year and look to build upon their fantastic 2019 season.  The Cougars will take on Middle Georgia State in the conference championship game.  Middle Georgia State looks to repeat as conference champs and get back to the NCFA Regional Playoff Game.  The South Atlantic Conference Championship will take place at Kinnett Stadium, home of Columbus State, on Saturday afternoon at 4pm.

Finally in the Great Lakes Conference, Oakland University has continued their winning ways and has earned the right to host the Great Lakes Title Game by clinching the Great Lakes East.  The Great Lakes West Champion Loyola Chicago has put together a Cinderella season and will look to take down the powerhouse program in Oakland’s own backyard.  That game is scheduled to kick off at 1pm.
